  Idaho State Police in Ada County confiscated a shipment of industrial hemp belonging to Big Sky Scientific, a Colorado-based hemp processor, along I-84. Driver Denis Palamarchuk was arrested; the shipment was later confirmed to contain compliant hemp at 0.3% THC or less, but Idaho courts upheld the seizure on grounds that hemp was illegal under state law.
